W r pen state is a catch phrase used by cheer leaders in the seventies and eighties. It was popularised during the pro paterno movement, when fans were chanting it outside of his home. i can understand if you were a fan of that programme, like, thinking that it was a fun thing, and sort of embracing the corniness stupidity of it,. Like, it feels very kind of college sports to me in that way. Ye. And so that compared to like that, there's nothing sort of menacing. It's, it's dis kind of corny um.
