How to Make Money as a Line Producer

I was a line producer and production manager for a while in the industry. One of my things always and I tried to do this on every level of production I ever worked on was just a most favored nations which basically just means you give everybody the same number when they're at the same level. These shows that I did were often non-union there were some unions that were they were involved with and some unions they aren't but what's interesting into my experience was that I was not in any kind of union so I did many jobs and I'd worked way more out.
