travis: I think one best practice that we all as owner operators need to embrace is we need to be at the forefront of technology. i agree with the long-term vision of the chatbot on your website actually being useful and not just annoying like i do see that as a future state but what can you do right now with chat gpt? "Be willing to adapt new or adopt new technology as soon as it comes out of experiment often and cancel the experiment if you find out it's failing so yeah that would be my recommendation"
