Sally Kohn: Digital technologies have shown us time and time again that ultimately they have the impact of democratizing a resource. She says online learning can be much more democratic, because you don't have campus resource limits to limit how many people you can admit. Kohn: Many students said that these online programs being available, they're really democratized education for them.
