I was really challenged by that whole idea of Sabbath. It's something that the great leaders are generally driven, they're usually self-motivated and a lot of them need to learn to say whoa rather than giddy up. So I probably work longer, more intense stretches than most people would, but then I'll take more time off in blocks that are super helpful.
