What Is My Workplace Strategy Going to Look Like?
I would say it's a difficult question to answer, because no one size fits all. But i think the encouraging thing is that the market continues to improve. As we go into two thousand and 22, some increased certainty what work place strategy may look like. The final point i'd make those people that are moving are tending to, almost without exception, move up the quality chain,. So are prepared to pay yet more rent for better space.
