Is There a Way to Bring Hierarchical Reasoning Together?
With deep learning, we start having the ability to really see with sensors and understand what's in the world. I see a few ways of getting there. One way would be to say deep learning can get bolted on somehow to some of these more traditional approaches. Another direction we've been thinking about for a long time and didn't make any progress on was more information theoretic approaches.
