The S3 is a clicker and only once you feel like maybe you're at like 50% on that then I would go up to retention. The goal here is You want to increase the percent of ideas that you can retrieve later when they're useful. Just practice those you get better at them and you'll get there Okay retention all right so the idea here is that when you you're you're reading fast and you're comprehending a like a You know maybe 50% of of all the words and sentences Um, but you have to store it in your brain in a way that you'll actually be able to retrieve it later.
