The Beauty of Scalability
We didn't actually even know what our athlete cap was. We can only now learn from it for the future, which is very handy because we intend to stay. If Locks and I knew that at 320 athletes, many athletes will not ever see their coach, do you think we would have done it? But I had no fucking idea. It's a challenging time for us. And this is where my ideas have evolved as a business owner, as a leader, is sometimes scaling and growth is not the answer. You need to know if it's actually what you want.
