Face book is moving away from public news feeds and into incrypted, private groups. The challenge with this is you can't trace anything that's happening. We counter hate was a we partnered with a creative agency in seattle called possible. And they contacted us, and we we helped them work with a i machine learning. So when somebody post is hateful tweat the a, i would flag it, send it to human to goeurne. 18 % of the time the message was deleted by the author. 30% of the time, the accounts were investigated and suspended by twitter itself.
