The Propagation Phase of Yell Yeast

The propagation phase is when you're growing up yeast to be able to pitch to that 50 barrel but this is kind of where you guys were out in uncharted territory right it's trying to figure out like what different types of analysis do we need to do to this yeast. The final yeast isolate that you chose uh into the fermenter it didn't completely ferment the wort all the way right yeah and i mean there were still things we were discovering about this yeast as we were engaging in the pilot trials that helped further inform successive trials.
