Is There a State That Bands Abortion?
In his opinion, may a state bar a resident of that state from travelling to another state to obtain an abortion? In my view, the answer is no, based on the constitutional right to interstate travel. The issue is now going to be litigated, because there will be states that tried it to band that. So in other words, everything in this opinion ultimately works against people who are pregnant, who are seeking abortion. It should be settled one way or another.
