A Different Way of Doing Quantum Computing

All quant computers use something called cubits as building blocks. The biggest quantof computers so far have used either super conducting cubits like gugles, or using charged atoms trapped by lazers. There have been a few teams that hav found success in the last year by building machines using regular, neutral atoms as cubits. Some of the researches involved see these neutral atom machines as a bit of a dark horse. But they're still really the only systems that we've built that can work at scale.
