How to Start a Podcast?

I was ashamed to podcast in standard German because everyone would know right. I don't know if you can relate with me a little bit but I'm trying to think of a parallel maybe it would be me podcasting for an American or Canadian or Australian audience as an Australian or an American and They know that my accent even though I speak the same language is from a different place Something like that. So yeah, yeah, or maybe yeah someone from from Scotland who has maybe a very fake accent and then people would listen to it and they wouldn't understand right so yeah  I decided to To make it in English, but the problem was I I was not able to speak in English,.
