I would go and recommend creating some businesses that very explicitly go and do hiring purely based on race or gender. And then wait to get sued for that and take us to the Supreme Court. I think it's actually likely that you will win now. So like, of course, you do have to sort of jump on the grenade of getting sued. But basically you need to find an industry where you don't worry much about public opinion anyway. It'll be a combined business, slash philanthropy to go and finally do deal a mortal blow to discrimination laws. We know it. We know they're out there.
