Faith healers had different theories of how zombies came to be. They thought that zombies could, were basically demonic entities seizing upon the morally compromised. There's a theory that cell phone electromagnetic things raised from a cell phone towers can cause people to glitch and turn into zombies. So all these different folks believed in some way, shape or form zombies.
