Meet the guest: Dr. Zachary McFarlane is an Assistant Professor at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, specializing in beef cattle production systems. He holds a Ph.D. in Animal Science-Ruminant Nutrition from the University of Tennessee and an M.S. in Animal Sciences from the University of Arizona. Dr. McFarlane has extensive research experience in ruminant nutrition and practical experience in the beef industry.
