I had bought a number of houses and the rent would make the payments on them. And so it was getting tight though. Because, you know, some are more vacant and I wouldn't rent to people just to be renting. So I started contacting him and saying, "This is really getting tight" It's letter after letter after letter telling him that $20,000 plus almost $5,000 in interest should have been returned within a year. But he kept holding onto it for 10 years or so before finally giving up.
