With an AWS, you're first of all playing some pretty egregious fees for every time you move the data. One company I know of does AI models, it's a decent sized download. It's a 70 cent tax every time customer does a download. More importantly, if I take that out, I transform my economics in some really profound ways. The other mistake people are making is assuming that I need to adopt workers in order to adopt R2. Workers is Cloudflare's compute platform.
