i think only wek an can't fully relax unless there's a fire crackling in the background and a subtle, subtle haze of smoke in the air. We have two wood burning fireplaces in our house, and it's jost so nice. It's drinking our old fashions by the fire at night with a buck. Y, anyways, th, fires are so good. So other things i've been loving lately is this five minute journal. I've been doing it every morning and night. Yeit's its gratitude.
