In organizations, the problem I've seen is not so much like going with gut feel, but it's more about one person state something. And then everybody else because of whatever reason, like this person's like in a senior position or in a position of authority, my manager, whatever could be the reason they would just like refuse to push back. But oftentimes that exec or the senior person doesn't even know that, you know, they don't actually agree with it, but they don't want to pushed back. So if you're not disagreeing with me and you're not telling me like you're not calling me out, then I trust you less.
