Sweathead is just over five years in. A lot of strategists that I was coming across did not feel very well mentored or managed or coached many, not all, many felt that strategy was sidelined in their own companies. And a lot of the young ones, especially in major cities like New York and London often didn't feel that they were front line enough. That's sort of the problem space that sweathead popped up in to you when we start to talk about growing this next generation of strategists.
