What Is Harm Reduction?

Sally Kohn: Harm reduction isn't just about minimizing risk, it's really about respecting the agency of the person and then ensuring that they have the resources they need to get where they're trying to go. What this looks like in practice? She says syringe access, naloxone, ensuring that the community is saturated with overdose reversal drug nalox one.
