The Bachelor's Fear of Black People
Jazzy used to be the only black person in the bachelor's casting office. She wrote an open letter asking for a more diverse cast and production team. Jazzy was spooked, she'd ruffled some feathers and lose work. Still, she decided one night to post the letter onto her Instagram page. And I got so many emails and DMs and all of this stuff and a lot of it was very positive feedback. No one in her industry had talked about this openly before.
