The Importance of Moral Compass in Leadership
I don't think you can be a leader without some sort of moral compass. He was chaotic. He didn't manage people. And that goes back to his lack of leadership, which is it just would not give clear instructions and would not stand up for those instructions when they're executed. Boris Johnson like Trump actually never really moved beyond the entertainer. But he's got a he became we're back to the point you made earlier about that, you know, why now why the change? I think in a previous era, Johnson would have been left out of court. We've seen this play out. Literally anybody who ever goes near Boris Johnson is eventually debased and destroyed by it happened
