How to Pick a County and Get a Deal
One of the biggest mistakes we see in this whole business is analysis paralysis so that's definitely like overthinking where you're going to go. You got to pull the trigger at some point and like choosing area like okay I'm going to learn about this area. The price points are probably a good thing like we said some key things like five acres under $100,000 market value. It's not going to be perfect the first time you mail it't not going to go perfectly but if you're doing anything correctly you'll get a deal or two out of it.
