The Fundamental Properties of Science

When you argue with scientifically minded people and atheists, most of these arguments devolve into appeals to authority. Science criticise religion for being circular, but all the fundamental properties of science are also circular. It doesn't tell you what anything is - it's just pointers pointing around to pointers. And yet, that's perfectly acceptable within science. So somehow it's ok for a scientist to say that the entire universe came out of nowhere for no reason whatever, 14 billion yers ago,. That's ok. But to say thatthe entire universe came from god, that's not o kit’s pretty ridiculous.
