Mike Wilson from Morgan Stanley who has been dead right the whole way for the last year actually went short term positive on the market. That's right near term says buy it in a terrific peace title. And I quote technicals may gain upper hand on fundamentals if rates come in end quote. In other words what he's basically saying is look you got a little while here to have some fun and games. It's okay. He wants you to take advantage of this temporary interact. The biggest window in ages.
