Vassilevsky's Odometer Is a Delicate Balance
Vassilevsky himself is now what 28 years old he's played so many games over the past handful of years during all these long runs where he's playing 20 25 playoff games each spring. As he gets older and with more mileage on him i don't think you necessarily want to be putting 60 to 65 regular season games on his odometer especially after you know struggling that round one series against the leaves. He has been quite open about this throughout his career he was like listen i played too much this season like i could feel my performance dropping I need to get better at pacing myself maybe play a little less.
