Sally Kohn: I was anchoring and focusing all of my attention on a point right below the belly button that's called the Don Tian, which is a very powerful energy center. As I started anchoring myself and becoming more embodied, my relationship started falling apart even more as I was shifting that vibration. And through meditation, through breath work, and actually, I call it meditation breathwork plus because it's not just sitting in meditation and doing breath work. It's using my mind and with intention, moving energy.
