Once every 90 days or so, I sit down for half a day and go through it all. And inevitably, I end up making a plan that for the next 90 days, there's 20 or 25 things that I'd really like to do. The time it takes me to get over the frustration though is less. Like what are the two or three things we're really doing either as individuals or as a team? That would be a really helpful place to begin.
