The Unknowable Brain
I'm wondering, do a lot of your colleagues agree with you in the computational neuroscience field that it is fundamentally knowable or just not there yet? There may be something about the brain that is unknowable because we ourselves are the ones reflecting on how the brain works. I don't think that there certainly isn't a lot of open debate about that point. It tends to maybe not matter so explicitly in the research methodology.
