Training to Failure on a New Exercise
The rule of thumb is you know, end each set with really good form. We never want to do those sets with shit form because you're going to get injured. Technical failure is usually probably three reps shy of if you're a savage and technical failure means when the set starts to break down, but you need to stop before that's going to happen. The mistake that's killing your gains is too much high-intensity training. That drains the shit out of you so much more than week one or two on a new exercise.
