"The most valuable school skill is being able to replicate winners if you can take people yeah inside of a company and you can replicate yourself in them," he says. "If you actually bring people up to your level they will lift you up higher so you have to get over your own ego If you want to be a leader and understand that the laws of reciprocity are at play there" He adds: "There has to be a selflessness and a confidence to real leadership."
