There are different concentrations of retinoids in general. Different gel is formulated with 0.1% dappling and also comes in a 0.3%. And that is what I would prescribe for you in the office. You can use different gel for all skin tones. For even deeper, complexed people, one of the things that really stick out of my mind is the risk of hyperpigmentation.
