How to Help Artists Find Jobs

I have always enjoyed kind of helping other people and trying to mentor people where I can. It's funny Independence Day I actually had a meeting the other day with the VFX supervisor Ocker Engel you know he got to see all my work and he's likeYeah I love all your work and maybe think back to when I was 14 years old  and here I am sitting in an office with one of the guys who's responsible for most of those films. Now I feel like I want to start focusing on others helping them kind of get over their big hurdles that they might not be able to overcome otherwise.
