The D.S.A.R.E. enablement team at Aquea worked on a range of projects, including embedding and consulting. One of the big things that was required was basically a lot of talking and a lot of discussion about what it means to be up in terms of what the customer can experience and feel. And I think there were some teams that didn't want to do it because they were afraid of once they have it established and they're held accountable to it. What would happen if they broke it? That's a reasonable fear to have when you're going through a lot of changes on a team.
