Is Europe in the Un. States, Really Ready to Come to the Table?
i think it's important to recognize that the united states and europe have not been absent from africa. In terms of real investment, other countries are are more important to africa than china. i don't think it's fair to say that the world hasn't been present. Many things take place quietly. It's private investment. They're not structured by the government. But they are there none the less. I think you're a hundred % right that in order for the united States and europe to compete effectively with china on the values front, they will need to engage more deeply.
