I'm on a Holiday, and I've Been a Bit Guilty of Overworking.

I'm a long way behind. There are people who are away younger than me, way fitter than me in this game and likely to also be far more talented than me. So i've got a lot to make up for. But having said that, one of the upsides of being my age is that experience should have taught me by now that sleep is actually very important. From time to time, i've been guilty of neglecting that. Iam actually on holiday to day. Yesterday was the end of a period of brutally hard work. And i need to get some momentum going. Am so yer yor guilty is charged?
