orbital marine te is a pair of floating wind turbines turned upside down. Water is 830 times as dense as air, so it's phenomenally dense energy. It looks like a wind turbine because ultimately it works the same way. But with a hydraulic mechanism, we can press a button and those par generating, what we call necells, can come to the surface.
