The Importance of Leaning Heavily on the Older Guys

The word temperate is only mentioned three times in the Bible, and every time it's mentioned, it's in the pastoral epistles. King James' version translates this word in the Bible as vigilant. It's not allowing anything into your life that would dull your senses. I'm going to tell you what I think that means about older men. But there is a tension when we say something like "temperance" Phil: For me, leaning heavily on the older guys has been a go-to. And man, the older dudes are critical. We're going to be in the same verse for six weeks.
