How Did You Become a UX Designer?

i was part of the digital team that contained a ulex department and other activities. And i was actually shadowing designers, literally staying behind their mang and watching what they were doing. It's like twist genius. I want to do this. But i also kind o pushed for it, cause nobody wanted junior designers, cause there was no design culture. Senior people needed to build it. So basically, you had like an a journey on steroid. You entered, and then you had to fall through, through the waterfall,. Like you have to do it all in the same time alone. And is crazy. But that is so amazing, because you actual had like this unique opportunity to learn from
