In a normal context, sometimes people just rely on anecdotal evidence. In this situation, I think that it's better to rely on the science. There are at least three problems that I focus on in this kind of, in this situation,. The first problem involves assessing the meaning of an average value result. The second problem is how do you make a diachronic decision and the relationship of the testimony which applies to after-the-fact assessment? And the third problem is called ACT state independence.
