Scaling Your Web Design Community
The only reason i'm able to produce six podcast episodes a month on average, and keep it going, is because i scaled. If you're terrified of hiring somebody, even part time or a standard sub contractor on a retainer, i would just start hiring out stuff that you don't want to do. The divy community and the word press community are amazing, superhelpful, super support. I really wish i would have done that sooner. Number nine, a big regret was not joining an on line community sooner.
