Prosecutors have dropped criminal charges against two security professionals who were arrested and jailed last September for breaking into a Iowa courthouse. The pen testers had been hired to do a physical pen test of the Iowa courthouse, the cops arrested the guys, and they were indicted by the prosecutor. "There must have been some miscommunicated cases somewhere between the prosecutor's office and Iowa judicial arm," he says.
