The promise of stem cell and disease modification is so high because, gosh, it takes the burden off the shoulder of peple dibedes. You will fail if you don't takeup a perspective beyond gluccos. I can't say enough about the importance of that investing in dibets. It's well said ond you remind me sometimes when i'm teaching at the medical school, and the students kind of roll their eyes and think, well, as you said, you can inject insil and intest blud suggars. What's the big deal?
