Is There Space for Joy in Life?

The first principle is that you have to make space for joy in your life. Iina: Too often were so consumed with distractions, with business, with responsibilities, that there's really space for joy. When i reached that point of burnat when i didn't have space in my life, and i started to go to the coast, that was my act of creating that space.
