SAP and AWS have very different business models with incredibly diverse objectives. How has if we look at SAP how has the long-standing relationships that SAP have in 35 past years affected its ABM strategies? It brought both pros and car on the pro side it was wonderful to work directly with customers. Many of those customers were SAP advocates so they were very receptive to working with marketing thinking about their IT roadmap. Some of the cons where there may be some thorny polytenevigate that have built up over the years might be hard to shift a customer from that kind of buying pattern.
