Byron grew up Catholic, but his family only went to church on Christmas and Easter. When he was in his teen years, his mom let him out of CCD. He struggled whether to become a minister or a Buddhist leader: "I don't know if I would have gotten here without it" Byron says positive psychology can help people overcome their childhood traumas.
