Talking Through Trauma Is Really Helpful

The day I was spiked and raped is not the only traumatic thing to happen in my life nor Arabella's. Finding somebody that you can talk to is helpful whether you pay that person or whether that's a friend or a family member. Talking out, getting it out is very helpful and a good start. And doing that just helps you realize that you're not crazy ... Lots of people have gone through that.
